What we do
TrueNorthGulf provides document preparation and application-support services for Canada Super Visa, Canada visitor visa, UAE tourist visa applications, and applications that have already been refused. We help you assemble, check and organise your own application. You remain the applicant — and, where relevant, the sponsor — at all times. We submit nothing to any government authority on your behalf without your explicit instruction to do so, and the application is always made in your name, not ours.
What we are not
We are not immigration consultants or lawyers. We do not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or case strategy, and we do not act as your authorised representative before IRCC, UAE authorities, or any other government body. If your case needs advice or representation, we will say so, and you should seek a licensed professional.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, and we cannot influence, expedite or predict government processing times. Nobody can guarantee an immigration outcome. Any success in the past is not an indication of a future result.
Fees and official information
Government fees, income thresholds, processing times and rules shown on this site are indicative and change frequently. You are responsible for verifying the current figure or rule on the relevant official government portal before you rely on it or make a payment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorthGulf is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including any loss arising from a government authority's decision on your application, delay in processing, or a change in official fees, rules or thresholds after publication. Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.
